What is this?
This training goes over best practices for providing direct services to our members - services include friendly visits, grocery delivery, handyman services, house cleaning or organizing, etc. It is important that each of our members who wants to volunteer participates in this training so they know what to do in every scenario. It is an hour presentation with 30 minutes for questions and answers.
