Imagine being able to chat and share stories with all your neighbors — including those who are Deaf or hard of hearing. GBIV is partnering with Deaf Reach to offer a Beginner ASL Sign Language Class to help you build those bridges!
• All are welcome.
• No experience needed.
• Lifelong learning keeps our minds sharp and spirits young.
Our friends at Deaf Reach will offer training that includes brief introduction to deaf culture and Deaf Reach, as well as learning ASL alphabet, greetings, and some common phrases.
Connection starts with communication. Let’s learn something new together!
