About this event
Join Kate, GBIV member and Gerontologist, Longevity Practitioner and Community Architect for a Life Transitions group, meeting again on August 29th to continue its discussion on identifying and addressing often overlooked major life transitions, which deserve special attention and loving kindness. The session includes group discussion, activities, and solo reflection - please bring a pen and paper. Newcomers as well as returning members are very welcome and encouraged to bring their open hearts and minds. This group will focus on transitions through the end of 2026, using resources that encourage depth, introspection, and transformative mindset.
